and Graphite Products,
situated in State of Jharkhand dist. Palamu, is employing about 200
employees with the capacity to process and produce 600 M.Ts. of
Natural
Crystalline Graphite Flakes
and
Powder,
since its inception in 1977. The company has been catering Indian
industries as well as exporting high quality Natural
Crystalline Graphite Flakes and Powder.
Graphite ore mines are located within 40 km’s of the processing

Properties

Natural Crystalline Graphite

USES
In
core making as a core wash in sand moulding for grey iron,malleable
iron,and nonferrous alloy castings.
As
liners of steel casting moulds in permanent mould castings.
For
graphite mould as cores for casting Aluminum and Magnesium alloys.
In
copper alloy castings for chills.
It
is also used as inoculants of grey iron.

In
steel castings, moulds of graphite are insusceptible to burning and
withstand shocks to prevent cracks forming when the steel is teemed
at high temperature. With a low thermal co-efficient of expansion
and freedom from wrapping one mould can produce series of castings.

the manufacture of paints, lubricants, pencils and carbon brushes.
